FREE Head-To-Toe Yoga: Yoga Nidra—Zoom

Discover the greater potential of yoga by adapting yoga positions to increase function and alignment and address misalignment which can be the cause of pain and reduced efficiency. This is one of my favorite classes in this series because it is a profound way to restore general health and well-being.  Even though yoga nidra means the sleep of the yogi, it allows you to become more aware of your true potential.  We will start the program with a gentle yoga practice. Then I will verbally direct you through a systematic yoga nidra practice. 

This workshop is appropriate for all, from beginning students to yoga teachers.

This program qualifies for YACEP credit with Yoga Alliance.

Guidelines for class

  1. Be respectful of your fellow students and to Linda by being on time. Linda may not be able to admit you if you are late.

  2. Make sure to mute yourself when you enter the class/zoom meeting.

  3. Props suggested for class:
    – a bolster, cushion or firm pillow for under your knees to allow the low back to settle
    – 2 blankets or thick beach towels
    – an eye pillow
