Week 2: SomaYoga practices to increase range of motion in the hips, legs and feet.
Week 3: Open the shoulders, arms and wrists
Week 4: Free the upper spine and neck
Week 5: Lengthen and strengthen the lateral line, free the psoas and diaphragm and increase circulation and breath capacity
Week 6: Calm the body and the central nervous system.
