Increase the fluidity and vitality of the spine with SomaYoga!

In this workshop, Linda will share SomaYoga which is a blend of gentle mind/body movement with therapeutic yoga that focuses on releasing habitual stress patterns in the body.  She has found this practice to be very useful in working with students and with her own body to create more freedom of movement, stability and ease. 

What can you expect to learn from this workshop?  She will share techniques on how to release the spine in order to:

  • Reduce back pain

  • Improve posture

  • Reduce stress

  • Increase breath capacity

  • Increase the ease of functional movement

  • Release tight/weak muscles from the spine, hips and shoulders
